2616 Lesya – period calculation

Another asteroid, typical from the main belt. We found and published (in MPB) his period: 9.22 h (+/- 0.01) with an amplitude of 0.44 Mv (R). The lightcurve, of course, in collaboration with my brothers-in-star Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini. MK-C 12″ f/5.6 + GM-2000 + STL-6303 Location: Siena

(28910) 2000 NH11 – period calculation

Another beautiful main belt asteroid: we found and published his period. As derived from analysis the rotation period is 5.971 hrs with an amplitude of 0.44 Mv (R). The lightcurve, of course, in collaboration with my brothers-in-star Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini. MK-C 12″ f/5.6 + GM-2000 + STL-6303 Location: Siena

9083 Ramboehm – period calculation

Another beutiful asteroids has been observed with Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini. This time is 9083 Ramboehm. For the very first time was possible to calculate the rotation period of this nice trimodal rock: 10,199 hrs with a small amplitude of 0.14 mv (R). MK-C 12″ f/5.6 + GM-2000 + STL-6303 Location: Siena

2015-11-24: CBET 4201 on (3433) Fehrenbach

5401 Minamioda – period calculation

This was difficult, becouse the small amplitude and the trimodal shape. This is the lightcurve of 5401 Minamioda: we found for the very first time the period (3.949 hrs) with an amplitude of 0.11 Mv (R). The work, of course, was done with the fundamental collaboration of Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini. MK-C 12″ f/5.6 […]

(91252) 1999 CS49 period calculation

Another asteroid observed with Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini. This is the lightcurve of (91252) 1999 CS49. The period calculated is 3.357 hours with an amplitude of 0.23 Mv (R). MK-C 12″ f/5.6 + GM-2000 + STL-6303 Location: Siena

(31450) 1999 CU9

This is a really nice lightcurve of the minor planet (31450) 1999 CU9. With Alessandro Marchini and Riccardo Papini we calculated the rotation period of (31450) 1999 CU9. The period is 3.4116 hours with an amplitude of 0.23 Mv (R). Becouse of MY fault, we can’t partecipate on the discovery of the binary companion rotating […]

(9801) 1997 FX3 – Aug 2015
